AlignAI is an AI-powered platform for educators. You manage your students in batches, and AlignAI handles the work that surrounds them: attendance, notes, question papers, grading, assignments, fees, email and student communication. It replaces the pile of registers, spreadsheets, chat groups and drives that most teachers juggle today.
Individual teachers and private tutors, coaching institutes, schools, and colleges. A single teacher can create a workspace on their own without needing an administrator. An institution can create an admin account, add teachers and students, and oversee everything centrally.
No. AlignAI is built for teachers, not developers. If you can type a message or upload a file, you can use it. There is nothing to install and no hardware to buy, because it runs in your browser.
Students sit in a batch, which is your group of students. A class is where you teach that batch a subject. Add a student to a batch once, and attendance, tests, assignments, notes, fees, results and messages all attach from there. Inside the product these are called the main batch and the subject batch.
There is a free plan you can start on without entering payment details. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and you pay for the modules you use. Current plans, inclusions and prices are on the pricing page, which loads live figures, so please read it there rather than relying on a number quoted elsewhere.
Objective questions are graded automatically the moment a student submits. Descriptive answers receive an AI-assisted evaluation that the teacher reviews, edits and finalises before results are released. The same principle runs through the product: AI drafts and fills, and the teacher approves.
No, and it is not built to. It removes repetitive administration so that more of your day is spent teaching. Judgement about a student, evaluation of written answers, and every final decision stay with the educator.
Yes. AlignAI works in a mobile browser, so students can view published lectures and notes, attempt tests, submit assignments, check results and make supported fee payments from a phone. There is no separate app to download.
Your data stays inside your workspace and remains under your control. Lecture content, student records, test results and organisation data are handled securely, and important actions are recorded in an audit log with a timestamp and the user who performed them. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is collected, how it is processed and how long it is kept.
